Kenneth D. "Ken" Roberson is one of two stockholders in Liberty Assurance Group, Inc. He directs the company's Sales Department, recruiting new agents, developing sales and training systems and enhancements, and training agents in the field. On top of his other duties, Ken still makes ample time for personal sales calls. Considering all of the time that Ken spends on the phone helping agents and clients, he would make a great advertisement for a cell phone company!
Ken was born in Greenville, Mississippi. He now lives with his wife, Billy Jo, in Flora, Mississippi. The couple has one son, Tim, who lives in North Mississippi. Ken lost his other son, Jason, in a tragic automobile accident a number of years ago.
Ken has worked at one job or another since he was a young teenager. Throughout most of his working career, Ken has been self-employed. He likes the freedom and financial rewards of self-employment, rewards that allow Ken to support several Christian charities, including one of his own design, honoring morally upright High School students in Central Mississippi.
Ken has been involved in the insurance business for a number of years and finds it to be the most spiritually satisfying form of self-employment that he's experienced. He loves to help people, and as an honest and knowledgeable independent agent, he does just that.

- Maintaining the effectiveness and integrity of the department and its personnel
- Designing and offering tactical sales support systems
- Setting and achieving sales volume goals
- Setting commission levels, in cooperation with Marketing Management
- Recruiting and terminating agents, in cooperation with Contract Management
- Communicating with and supporting agents
- Designing and offering training programs to agents
- Establishing and enforcing standards of agent conduct
- Understanding and recommending products to agents
